Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or destinations outside the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend and no extra delivery or handling fees.

3. Order processing

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

4. Delivery times

Mainland UK: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland: up to 2 additional working days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries may take longer at busy times such as Christmas or during severe weather.

5. Tracking

When your order is dispatched we email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available. You can also follow your order on our Track Your Order page.

6. Multiple items

Items in one order may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. This costs you nothing extra.

7. Delivery of large and heavy items

Some of our products, such as batteries and power stations, are heavy. Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. The carrier may contact you to arrange it.

8. Changing your delivery address

Email contact@greenyvora.shop as soon as possible. We can update the address until your order has been dispatched.

9. Prices, taxes and charges

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). GreenyVora is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to your order. No customs, import or handling charges apply on delivery within the UK.

10. Late, missing or damaged orders

If your order is late, missing or arrives damaged, email contact@greenyvora.shop with your order number (and photos if it is damaged). We will work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or a full refund. The goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase (or by an agreed date), you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to cancel and receive a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
